Job description In Grupo Planeta, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Student Services Coordinator (tempo determinato) per entrare a far parte del nostro team presso la Rome Business School, who will ensure a smooth and high-quality student experience from post-enrollment onward. Act as the main point of contact for students’ non-academic needs, supporting both international and domestic students in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Support students with visa, residence permit, accommodation, and onboarding Deliver welcome and orientation activities Manage student communications (email, phone, in person) Coordinate with external providers (housing, relocation, services) Organize events and engagement activities with academic teams Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships Monitor requests and provide regular reporting Requirements Requirements Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Good IT skills (Excel, Office; CRM is a plus) Knowledge of Rome and local services Profile Student-centric Solution-oriented Team player Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on, flexible, and proactive mindset
