getolo is growing, and we need someone who can keep up. 🚀 We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) to join our Recruiting team, and play a key role in hiring top talent as getolo transitions from start-up to scale-up. This role’s primary focus will be on end-to-end hiring for our Sales team (German market). This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position (1-2 days per week in our Berlin office), requiring full professional fluency in both German and English.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
