Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets.

  • Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to help each rep reach their full potential.

  • Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas.

  • Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture, specifically focused on cold-calling pre-qualified and unqualified leads.

  • Lead by example as a player-coach, jumping onto the phones during peak times or gaps in the schedule to demonstrate best-in-class prospecting and customer-facing conversations.

  • Build and maintain a strong cold calling culture within the team. Serve as a player-coach when needed, leading by example through direct prospecting activity - including cold calling - and customer-facing conversations.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs, high lead quality, and alignment on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target segments.

  • Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools, automations, and workflows that increase team output.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.

  • Passion for fast-paced environments and the SMB sales landscape.

  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in rapidly changing settings.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French (in addition to English).
