WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our P3 team in Poland (Warsaw).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU 

  • Ensuring, monitoring, and managing operational technical property management along with all relevant documentation.
  • Preparing a long-term technical maintenance plan for properties.
  • Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning, and coordination of CapEx and repair measures.
  • Coordination and supervision of external service providers.
  • Warranty management and insurance claims management.
  • Conducting regular property inspections.
  • Preparing and managing CapEx and OpEx budget from the technical point of view, costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Supporting property and asset managers in their day-to-day duties from a technical perspective.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 

  • Degree in a technical field, preferably in engineering, ideally in a strictly construction-related field, such as structural engineering or design
  • Technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
  • Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to supervise works, oversee project execution, and prepare regular reports
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools (experience with project management software would be an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Languages: Polish (native or bilingual) and English (professional working level - both written and spoken)
