As an Utility Operator at Envalior, You will be responsible to ensure the utility systems support safe and stable production operations, enabling safe, high‑quality, and timely product delivery.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

SHE, Quality, Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company SHE, Manufacturing, Quality and Security requirements.
• Comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH, GMP and other management systems.
• Implement company safety, quality, and environmental systems and procedures.
• Take responsibility for the safety, quality, 5S, and stable operation of the entire utility system.
• Strictly follow safety regulations, operating procedures, process requirements, and management standards.
• Implement safety measures for all operations, achieve energy saving and efficiency improvement targets, and complete production tasks.
• Responsible for start‑up, shutdown, and smooth operation of utility systems during production plan changes.
• Coordinate with maintenance during shifts and ensure safety measures are in place before equipment maintenance.
• Report any identified safety, quality, or emergency issues immediately.
• Complete operational and equipment records accurately during the shift.
• Execute on‑site utility operations as instructed by supervisors.
• Ensure performance reporting of utility systems is accurate, complete, and clear.
• Take responsibility for 5S implementation and improvement on site.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate regularly in safety meetings and activities to improve safety awareness.
• Assist supervisors and the SHE department with pre‑shift safety briefings, in‑shift inspections, and post‑shift safety summaries.
• Immediately stop unsafe behaviors and report violations.
• Inspect equipment and tools regularly; rectify hazards promptly or report if unresolved.
• Ensure proper shift handover.
• Immediately report accidents and assist with investigations.
• Correctly use personal protective equipment and firefighting equipment.
• Comply with legal requirements and complete required training, examinations, and certifications.
