Accordia Care is looking for a committed and exceptionally driven Deputy Manager for a supported living service situated in Epsom, Surrey. This role entails supporting and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained. 

Working within Health & Social Care can, at times, be high-pressure and unpredictable. There are times when the individuals that we support will be in crisis. It is essential that the individual applying for this role understands this and can keep a calm and professional demeanour whilst supporting those in need.
