About the role :
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.
Key responsibilities :
- Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities
- Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals
- Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
- Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making
- Provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structures
- Support month-end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.)
- Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & experience :
- 4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working with data and financial modelling
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in project-based environments is a plus
- Fluent in English
