About the role :

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.

Key responsibilities :

  • Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals
  • Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structures
  • Support month-end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.)
  • Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
  • Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & experience :

  • 4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable working with data and financial modelling
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in project-based environments is a plus
  • Fluent in English
