About the role
We are looking for a Technical Account Management Team Leader to lead a Warsaw-based TAM team supporting clients across CEE markets and one large strategic EMEA client.
This is a hands-on regional team leadership role focused on people leadership, day-to-day operational coordination, technical campaign support, and delivery quality. You will help the team stay organized, develop their skills, manage priorities, and provide reliable technical and operational support to internal stakeholders and clients.
The role is about leading a regional team, ensuring strong execution, supporting complex cases, and continuously improving how the team works within the broader TAM organization.

You will help the team stay organized, develop their skills, manage priorities, and provide reliable technical and operational support to internal stakeholders and clients.
The role is about leading a regional team, ensuring strong execution, supporting complex cases, and continuously improving how the team works within the broader TAM organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a Warsaw-based team of Technical Account Managers working across CEE markets and one large strategic EMEA client
- Manage day-to-day team priorities, workload, ownership, and delivery standards
- Support team members’ development through coaching, feedback, knowledge sharing, and regular check-ins
- Oversee the team’s technical and operational support for campaign launches, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Act as the first escalation point for complex technical, operational, or stakeholder-related challenges
- Help the team resolve campaign setup, tagging, tracking, data, delivery, bidding, and performance-related issues
- Participate in selected client meetings to support technical discussions, explain solutions, and ensure alignment
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, practical explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales, Client Development, Product, Engineering, Creative, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify recurring operational issues, workflow gaps, or knowledge gaps and implement practical improvements
- Support the adoption of tools, processes, and operating standards defined by the broader TAM organization
- Monitor selected team KPIs and use them to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
Our Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within programmatic advertising, ad tech, campaign management, technical account management, or ad operations
- 1-2+ years of experience in team leadership, team coordination, mentoring, project ownership, or acting as a senior escalation point
- Experience working with international clients, multiple markets, or distributed stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, RTB, DMPs, tagging, tracking, bidding, optimization, and campaign delivery
- Hands-on experience with tools such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, or other Demand-Side Platforms
- Experience with campaign troubleshooting, performance analysis, data interpretation, and operational problem-solving
- Good understanding of data onboarding, audience targeting, first-party and third-party data, hashed emails, MAIDs, and related activation workflows
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to coordinate priorities across a team
- Good judgment in assessing urgency, risk, workload, and escalation paths
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Polish is required
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Tier 1 clients, large agencies, or enterprise-level advertisers
- Experience improving operational processes, building team workflows, or implementing delivery standards
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or Python would be an asset
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms would be a strong plus
