Join Our Sales Growth Program – Start Your Sales Career in AdTech Want to break into tech + sales but don’t know where to start? This is your shot. We’re building a high-energy, driven cohort of individuals who are hungry to learn, grow, and build a career in digital media and adtech — no prior experience required, just the right mindset. 💥 What This Is This is a 6-week immersive training program designed to teach you everything you need to know about: AdTech + digital media Programmatic advertising (CTV, video, display, and more) How to sell + build client relationships How to navigate agencies, brands, and the broader media landscape You’ll go through this experience as a cohort starting July 6th — learning together, building together, and setting the foundation for a long-term career in sales. 👉 Start date is July 6th (no exceptions) 🔥 What We’re Looking For Hunger + drive Strong communication skills Curiosity and willingness to learn People who want to build a career in sales Competitive, motivated, and team-oriented individuals If you’ve ever thought, “I know I’d be great in sales if someone gave me the shot” — this is that shot. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing Once you complete training, you’ll: Prospect and connect with agencies and brands Learn how to pitch and sell digital media solutions Build relationships with clients and understand their goals Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team Start building your own book of business 🤝 Our Team Based in NYC, our Demand Partnerships team is made up of energetic, supportive, and results-driven people who genuinely enjoy working together.
