Binance Accelerator Program - Product Growth (BigPay)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support growth marketing initiatives and campaigns, communications, among other program tasks

• Monitor marketing performance using data analysis and user feedback to ensure campaign effectiveness and user experience 

• Assist in the tracking of competitor updates and community feedback 

• Understand product features and transform them into educational content including but not limited to blog posts, emails, video scripts and social posts

• Maintain tutorial content to make sure new updates are reflected timely

• Assist in preparing educational campaigns such as webinars and community events

Responsibilities

• Fresh graduate or current student in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical instincts — comfortable working with data even without a deep technical background

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once

• Comfortable working with stakeholders from different time zones and multitasking

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and writing skills are a must

• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable

• Previous experience in start-up or marketing agency is a plus

• Minimum 4 days per week commitment, for 6 months internship 

• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) / Google Sheets / other data analysis tools

• Result-driven (big picture and analytical) and detail-oriented

• Take ownership and accountability for the assigned tasks

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to build workflows and improve personal productivity 

• Fundamental to immediate knowledge in digital marketing (growth campaign management, content writing, SEO, paid ads, PR, etc.) is a bonus
