JioBLAST is a joint venture between Jio, RISE Worldwide and the Danish esports company BLAST ApS, officially launched in October 2025. The partnership's goal is to grow and shape the esports industry in India by creating world-class tournaments and competitive entertainment, leveraging Jio's digital ecosystem, BLAST's global esports expertise, and RISE's domestic sports experience.

Welcome to Jio BLAST and the Commercial Team!

The Commercial Team will be responsible for fostering brand partnerships and bringing commercial revenue into the business. Our vision is to create esports and gaming IPs and spectacles that exceed traditional sport in entertainment and attention. The Commercial Team’s role will be to go to market and create meaningful, long-term and high value partnerships.

We’re looking for a Brand Solutions Executive who excels at crafting powerful sales narratives. This role is heavily focused on presentation building, pitch strategy, and storytelling for brands entering the esports ecosystem. You will work closely with the core team to create high-impact decks, partnership proposals, and pitch plans that drive revenue.

We're here to build new entertainment products with the biggest games publishers and brands in the world with the number one goal of entertaining India's youth and creating new heroes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Brand solutions & sales process: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close brand sponsorships for esports IPs, tournaments, and content series
  • Work independently on identified opportunities, while collaborating closely with the Commercial Team leader and wider team on major deals 
  • Build brand relationships: Cultivate a strong personal network with Indian brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
  • Package & pitch: Build compelling decks and proposals tailored to each brand’s objectives and aligned with the IP's format and fanbase
  • Support rights development: Contribute to the shaping of commercial rights (what’s being sold, how it’s packaged) to ensure we’re selling what the market wants and designing IPs in a commercially savvy way. 
  • Track performance: Maintain a strong pipeline and report progress on revenue targets, deal flow, and lead conversion
