What we do:


The DACH region represents a critical growth market for EMEA and this is a senior-level opportunity within our Market Development team, which is central to our EMEA growth
strategy. We are looking for a commercially driven sales expert to lead and develop our relationships with strategic agencies & clients in Switzerland. Success in this role requires a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional results, building influential partnerships, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.


What you'll do:

  • Take ownership by driving and fostering strategic partnerships with local and pan-european agencies and advertisers located in Switzerland.
  • Own and cultivate strong relationships with advertiser C-Suite executives and key agency partners.
  • Articulating the unique value proposition of our media buying platform, leveraging industry insights to drive adoption.
  • Accelerating revenue growth through collaborative strategies with the Strategic Accounts team and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and managing commercial agreements with agencies.
  • Contributing to product roadmap prioritization by advocating for client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Representing TTD's expertise and vision for the market.


Who you are:

  • A proven record of accomplishment in digital advertising outbound sales
  • An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
  • Experience working with local blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
  • Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers in Switzerland
  • Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts
  • A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations
