To ensure the business operates with clarity, speed, and discipline across every function.

You will own the operational layer end-to-end — translating founder priorities into structured execution, maintaining visibility across all workstreams, removing blockers before they surface, and building the systems that allow the company to scale.

This is a highly cross-functional role spanning product, partnerships, compliance, finance, and people. You will act as the operational nerve centre of the business, working directly with the founder to ensure the right things happen in the right order — with nothing falling through the cracks.

We are looking for a rare operator: someone who brings rigour without bureaucracy, thrives in ambiguity, and can seamlessly context-switch across domains in a single day.
