D2D Retention Advisor

We are looking for a Door-to-Door (D2D) Retention Agent. This is a field-based role where you’ll engage directly with customers, handle objections, and use the tools and offers available to retain business and drive results. A full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is required, with mileage expenses covered.
We’re looking for driven, customer-focused people with experience in retention, door-to-door or inside sales — ideally within utilities, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with customers (face-to-face and over the phone) to keep them with us or win them back
- Work through warm leads and follow up with customers who need support or reassurance
- Use all available tools, offers, and insights to retain customers
- Handle objections confidently and turn conversations into positive outcomes
- Deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Keep customer records up to date using internal systems
- Support the wider team with ad hoc activities when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proven track record of hitting targets in retention or sales
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in door-to-door or inside sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident objection handling and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good planning and organisational skills
- CRM experience is a plus (not essential)
- Full, clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
