The Data Center Technician is responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role serves as a technical authority on shift, leading operational execution, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety, change management, and operational excellence standards. The Data Center Technician plays a key role in protecting critical load, reducing operational risk, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The shift for this role alternates 4 days on, 4 off, alternating day shift to night shift (and vice-versa). Shifts are 12 hours, 6AM to 6PM and 6PM to 6AM.
