Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers’ operations run smoothly by delivering expert service and technical support directly at their sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues in the field to minimize downtime for customers
• Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial compressed air systems
• Delivering high-quality service and representing the company professionally at customer locations
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions
• Completing service documentation using phone or tablet applications
• Working independently to resolve service jobs end-to-end, maintaining strong productivity and first-time fix performance
