We're looking for a data-driven, creative Growth Manager to own and accelerate our web presence. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics - identifying opportunities, running experiments, and systematically turning traffic into loyal users. Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap prioritised by potential impact and effort
Define growth KPIs and own the reporting cadence for web performance across the leadership team
Identify and evaluate new channels, tools, and tactics to diversify and scale acquisition
Map and own the full web acquisition funnel - from first touch to conversion - identifying and resolving drop-off points
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and onboarding flows
Partner with design and engineering to implement CRO improvements that improve sign-up, trial, and purchase rates
Analyse user behaviour using tools like Hotjar or GA to surface friction points and inform hypotheses
Define and track key funnel metrics (traffic, MQLs, CAC, conversion rate) and report on them regularly
Lead on-page and technical SEO strategy — site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and internal linking
Conduct keyword research and competitive gap analysis to identify high-value content and ranking opportunities
Build and maintain a backlink acquisition strategy in collaboration with the content and PR teams
Monitor and report on organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush
Oversee the web content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing cadence aligned with SEO and growth goals
Work with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to brief, review, and publish high-performing content
Manage and optimise existing content through regular audits — refreshing, consolidating, or pruning pages to protect and grow rankings
Ensure all web content meets brand, quality, and accessibility standards
Core Requirements
5+ years in a growth, digital marketing, or product marketing role with a strong web focus
Proven track record of improving organic traffic and conversion rates with measurable results
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console), web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel), and A/B testing platforms
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to write clear briefs and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and content teams
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS basics, experience in a B2B SaaS or D2C environment
Salary Ranges
Gross salary is 2600 - 4800 EUR/month.
