Building and scaling a consistent YouTube presence for the Higgsfield brand.
Native-level English and strong on-camera charisma.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple production tasks.
Basic production skills (camera, lighting, editing).
Attractive, confident screen presence.
Desire to dive deep into prompt engineering and AI workflows.
Extreme ownership and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Previous experience hosting or managing a YouTube channel.
Video editing expertise and creative storytelling skills.
Experience working in early-stage or hyper-growth startups.
Knowledge of social media growth strategies and analytics.
