You will manage a capable team of individual contributors, own a collective quota, and stay personally active in deal cycles. You will be the day-to-day coach, the pipeline driver, and the person your sellers turn to when a deal gets complex. You will work closely with the CRO to execute the go-to-market strategy and translate it into results on the ground.
