Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Head of Transformation Initiatives & Delivery for our one of our offices in either Stockholm, Düsseldorf or Maidenhead.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the business
- Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects, from problem structuring to implementation
- Translate strategy into clear workstreams, KPIs, and actionable delivery plans
- Build alignment and lead project teams through influence in a matrix organization
- Partner closely with the Chief Transformation Officer, Executive Team, and senior stakeholders
- Shape and support Karo’s value creation program and overall transformation roadmap
- Bring structure and clarity to complex challenges, delivering pragmatic, data-driven solutions
- Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and ensure strong execution and measurable outcomes
