Job Title: Marketing Systems & Creative Support VA

Location: Remote
Time Zone: US (EST–PST)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Systems & Creative Support VA who can keep our marketing tools, accounts, and creative production organized. You’ll support user/account setup, marketing workflows, and light design production in a fast-moving creative company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day marketing ops support: intake, task assignment, and workflow upkeep

  • Set up Google accounts for new employees and maintain permissions/access hygiene

  • Maintain campaign assets and ensure correct versions are stored and shared

  • Create simple graphics and quick edits using templates (exporting, resizing, formatting)

  • Coordinate cross-team handoffs between marketing, design, and operations

  • Track deadlines, publish schedules, and basic performance metrics (where available)

  • Improve internal systems through documentation and process refinements

Required Qualifications

  • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered

  • Experience supporting marketing operations, admin, or coordination in a remote role

  • Strong Google Workspace knowledge, especially account setup and Drive permissions

  • Practical design capability (Canva required; Adobe/Figma helpful)

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building/maintaining SOPs and onboarding checklists

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools and basic content ops

  • Creative studio/agency experience

Tools & Technology

Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Canva, Figma (nice-to-have), Adobe CC (nice-to-have), Meta Business Suite (nice-to-have)
