Location Jesmond, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Hours 35 hours per week, 09:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

Package £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus scheme & enhanced benefits package

Our current portfolio has some 1100 homes across 40 communities and our developments are beautifully designed offering stunning community living.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a New Home Sales Advisor to join our Jesmond Assembly development, a stunning collection of apartments and facilities that include a residents lounge, landscaped terrace and guest suite.

About our role

At Jesmond Assembly, we don’t just sell apartments; we curate a lifestyle of independence and luxury. Internally you'll be known as Customer Advisor, and you'll blend high-end sales finesse with genuine empathy to lead sales at our vibrant Jesmond community.

Your role will include

Driving Sales & Luxury Experience

  • Manage the full sales funnel from initial enquiry and bespoke tours to reservation and legal completion.
  • Articulate the unique 'Jesmond Assembly lifestyle, showcasing our residents' lounge, landscaped terraces, and guest suites.
  • Guide families through our flexible purchase options, including Rental, Rent-to-Buy, and Part-Exchange.

Local Networking & Business Growth

  • Proactively build reciprocal partnerships with local estate agents and community groups.
  • Create your own leads through local marketing initiatives and networking events.
  • Conduct viewings on resale apartments and provide market feedback to keep our portfolio competitive.

Brand Ambassadorship and Insight

  • Maintain our CRM system with meticulous detail, ensuring every lead is qualified and re-engaged at the right moment.
  • Ensure the sales office and show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard.
  • Deliver clear weekly insights on the sales pipeline, reservation status, and emerging market trends.

About you

You are an experienced property sales professional with a proven track record in high-end sales or lettings. You understand the nuances of the luxury market and the high expectations that come with it, as well as recognise that moving in later life is a significant transition. You possess the empathy and patience to build deep trust with our customers and their families, guiding them with a thoughtful, consultative approach.

  • A natural closer who thrives on achieving sales target your highly developed negotiation skills allow you to navigate complex conversations with ease and professionalism.
  • You are comfortable with modern technology. While experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace is an advantage, your aptitude and willingness to embrace new digital tools are what matter most.
  • You have a polished, professional manner and can articulate the Pegasus lifestyle to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders,
