What You'll Be Doing
- Implementing treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising PT
- Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborating with team members to support clinic growth
- Educating patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Building strong relationships with patients to support successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Georgia (or in the final stages of licensure)
- Interest in professional growth, leadership, and clinic development
- Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus
- Self-motivated clinician who takes pride in patient outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Desire to help create a high-performing, patient-centered clinic culture
