Physical Therapist — FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers

Location: Bethesda, MD, US (New Clinic Location)

Salary Range: $90,000 -$110,000, Depending on Experience

If, so, we are opening a new outpatient FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center clinic in Bethesda, MD focused on individualized care, movement, balance, and wellness.

This opportunity offers the unique chance to combine hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. As the Physical Therapist, you will play an instrumental role in growing our clinic, establishing the best practices, and fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment as we continue to grow.

• Highly competitive salary: $90K-$110K, depending on experience

Position Overview

As our practice is launched and expands, your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

You’ll continue doing what you do best, treating patients, while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

You won’t be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans

• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients

• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

Leadership & Clinic Development

• Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices

• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality

• Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships

• Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or -eligible)

• Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care

• Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth

• Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture

• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus, but heart for patients comes first
