Location:  1366 US Hwy 82 W, STE B, Leesburg, GA 31763

Compensation:
$78,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience) + $7,500 Relocation Bonus + Up to $50,000 Student Loan Repayment + Profit Sharing up to $1,500/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and hands-on treatment
  • Educate patients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active GA Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
