About the role:We are seeking a Program Manager to support the EMEA Managing Director in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering on regional strategic goals. This role is key to ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple teams and projects. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll serve as a critical thought partner and operational driver by managing a portfolio of high-impact programs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized problem solver with strong communication and project management skills, and a passion for making complex things run smoothly.
What you’ll do:Partner closely with the EMEA Managing Director to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives aligned with regional and global strategy.
Support strategic planning efforts including OKR development, project prioritization, data tracking, and performance reporting.
Drive execution of complex programs and initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring timelines, accountability, and risk mitigation are in place.
Act as the central operational hub for EMEA, ensuring tools like Salesforce, ClickUp, and Lattice reflect accurate, accessible data to inform decisions.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams (Sales, Finance, Product, People Ops) and act as a point of connection between leadership and execution.
Maintain program roadmaps and project dashboards to support visibility, transparency, and follow-through on business priorities.
Craft clear executive-ready materials, from project status updates to data-backed presentations, in support of the MD’s leadership role.
Promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement across platforms, processes, and communication flows.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy or operating roles
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Clear communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company
Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite and project management tools like ClickUp or Smartsheet
Excellent English, knowledge of other languages (German, French, Dutch) would be considered as a plus
