At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

We have a permanent part time role for 12hrs per week, working pattern of 3 shifts across either Tuesday, Thursday or Friday evening between 4pm and 8pm and 1 weekend shift during normal opening hours.
