 Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $26–$31+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $16.50/hr base)
Job Type: Full-Time

Are you interested in getting into sales, but do not know where to start?

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we train people from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers called us because they need help solving a problem, and they have already decided to spend money to fix that problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
  • Build trust with customers through strong communication and professionalism
  • Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
  • Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
  • Deliver WOW-level customer service on every job
  • Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items throughout the day
  • Keep trucks clean, organized, and professional
  • Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
  • Weekend availability required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Team-oriented attitude

No junk removal experience needed. We train you.

Schedule:

  • 4–5 shifts per week
  • 8–10 hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Typical start times are 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
