In this pivotal role, you won't just sell software - you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our top tier Enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to expand the Kahoot! footprint in the region and ensuring our solutions continue to deliver massive impact within their organizations.

You will be the bridge between our current success and our future growth, managing a portfolio of Key Accounts with a structured, data-driven, and relationship-first approach. Your portfolio will consist of both existing accounts with high potential and white space accounts.

This position is based in our office centrally located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo, Norway.

The Role

You will be a key member in growing our existing accounts through structured Key Account Management while identifying new opportunities and acquiring new accounts. In this role, you will report to the VP of Sales, EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute account strategies, with clear 9-12 months account plans, stakeholder maps, and value hypotheses to expand your Book-of-Business.
  • Drive renewals and expansion with a 180‑day rhythm, qualify with MEDDICC and orchestrate multi‑threaded alignment to protect and grow ARR.
  • Build and sustain senior‑level relationships, create business cases tied to business priorities, secure executive sponsors, and run QBRs.
  • Identify opportunities on new high potential accounts within your Book-of-Business, create and execute tailored sales initiatives to expand your portfolio.
  • Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process across the Kahoot! suite.
  • Work closely together with our BDR team, Customer Success team and Pre-Sales team to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers.
  • Maintain forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene: weekly commit/best‑case, risk/upsides, crisp close plans, and maintaining an accurate hygiene.
