Follow us on Instagram @zopalife Zopa's Analytics teams are building new automated ways to find the problems that impact customers and the bank and stop them before they spread. Leveraging analytics, automation and AI-enabled tooling, we’re moving away from manual controls towards scalable automated systems and controls that can proactively detect problems and improve customer outcomes. This is a new and highly visible area for Zopa, with strong backing from senior leadership and real opportunity to shape how analytics, automation and AI are used to solve real business problems. You’ll work across Product, Analytics, Engineering and Risk to understand how processes actually work, where data lives, and how we can turn messy operational processes into scalable automated solutions and controls. Banking is the business of risk management put yourself at the heart of it and join us on the journey to unleashing the power of cutting edge technologies in this business critical area. The first focus will be lending products, including customer statements and related communications, with scope to expand into other product areas over time.
