As aSenior Engineering Manager, this role leads a cross-functional team spanning iOS, Android, Web, .NET, and QA, with full accountability for delivery performance and execution quality. Responsible for one pod with 6 engineers (1 Android, 1 iOS, 2 Web, 1 .NET, 1 QA). , the role—Team Pulse—combines hands-on leadership with technical strategy to drive performance, innovation, and strong outcomes. It focuses on empowering the team, maintaining a high bar for quality, and playing a key part in building products that help people find connection, companionship, and love!!!
