We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take a leading role in shaping these experiences, someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
What You’ll Do
As part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll work with autonomy to design, build, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions. You’ll play a key role in both hands-on development and team leadership.
Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using modern technologies
Develop high-quality, testable code using best practices and modern patterns
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and external partners
Take ownership of features from concept through to production
Mentor and support other engineers, helping them grow and succeed
Champion best practices in performance, accessibility, and developer experience
Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and technologies
Oversee releases across all environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Production)
Manage dependencies and coordinate work across teams
What You Bring
You’re a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex problems at scale.
Expert in:
React and component-based architecture
TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Semantic HTML and modern CSS
Responsive design and cross-browser/device testing
Git and version control workflows
REST and GraphQL integrations
Working with third-party tools (e.g. video platforms)
Writing clear technical documentation
Comfortable with:
Package and dependency management (NPM)
Build tools (e.g. Rollup, Gulp)
Automated testing practices
Performance optimisation techniques
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
SEO best practices
CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
SSO integrations (e.g. OIDC)

Experience leading engineers or managing performance and development
Involvement in technical working groups or communities
