NOTE: This is a ~24-month fixed-term role aligned to the ERP Cloud program, with potential conversion to a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance. Your Role The Senior Program Manager - ERP Cloud Implementation is responsible for leading a two-year ERP Cloud Implementation Program delivered through phased releases by connecting workstream-level execution to program-level outcomes and leadership decisions. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Solutions, this role leads delivery across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and external partners to migrate from the legacy ERP to a cloud ERP platform. You will translate workstream-level realities into clear priorities, trade-offs, and decisions. The role leads Project Managers across workstreams and regions, owns the one integrated program plan (Core ERP and key dependencies, Integrations, Data, Reporting, Change & Training, Cutover & Hypercare), and is accountable for a stable go-live and adoption - connecting detailed plans, risks, and dependencies into clear priorities and actions.
