We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our International Reporting and Tax Compliance team.

The primary focus of this role is indirect taxes — with an equally important emphasis on transfer pricing and involvement in group structuring projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors across jurisdictions, with the opportunity to build and evolve the tax function as the company scales internationally.

The main functions of this role include:

  • Own the Group's global indirect tax framework — ensuring consistent VAT / GST / sales tax compliance across jurisdictions, automating reporting, and leading expansion into new markets including registrations and scoping of obligations.

  • Oversee and coordinate indirect tax compliance processes, managing the work of the internal team and external advisors who prepare and file tax returns.

  • Lead indirect tax research across jurisdictions: review analyses, validate conclusions, and translate regulatory developments into practical actions for the business.

  • Review and analyse intercompany contracts from a transfer pricing perspective, ensuring alignment with the Group's TP policies and the arm's length principle.

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of TP documentation — controlling completeness, deadlines, and compliance across jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors.

  • Review economic analysis and benchmarking to support intercompany pricing and substantiate TP positions, including during tax authority inquiries.

  • Participate in projects related to the structuring of group operations — new market entries, launches of new business models, and reorganisations — providing tax analysis and recommendations.

  • Assess tax consequences of proposed transactions and structural changes; prepare tax memos and position papers to support management decisions.

Skills and experience needed to join the board:

  • 5+ years of experience in tax in Big 4 / second-tier consulting firms or international companies.

  • Strong understanding of international indirect taxation (VAT / GST / sales tax).

  • Hands-on experience with transfer pricing — documentation, contract review, TP policies.

  • Experience with tax structuring projects or M&A tax analysis is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to conduct tax research and translate complex regulations into practical business solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills; able to explain and defend tax positions with stakeholders.

  • Proactive self-starter who can own projects and drive change.

  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
