Descripció de l'oferta This job offer is part of the Marketplace for Wattega , organized by Barcelona Activa. The R&D&I Project Manager is responsible for the full management of European and national Research, Development and Innovation projects, from proposal writing to technical and financial monitoring. This role ensures the successful achievement of objectives, deadlines, and budget, while coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams. Main Responsabilities Develop and write R&D&I project proposals, planning resources, timelines, and costs. Manage European (H2020, Horizon Europe) and national projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Provide technical supervision of project activities, solving issues and mitigating risks. Collaborate on programming tasks (preferably Python) for the development of optimisation and AI models applied to energy systems. Promote continuous improvement of internal processes within the R&D&I department. Coordinate with multidisciplinary and international teams. Stay up to date with technological trends in the energy sector. Education University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Experience 1–3 years of experience managing successfully funded European projects, especially within Cluster 5. Participation in the writing and execution of at least one H2020 or Horizon Europe project. Languages Spanish: high level or native. English: high level, spoken and written (mandatory). Catalan: valued. Conditions 33-36M. Salary based on experience and skills. Full-time position. Flexible working hours. 2 days home office Friday mornings only. Intensive summer schedule for 6 weeks. Requisits Professional category: Senior technicians and equivalent Formal education required: Higher Engineering degree University Degree (Licenciatura) University-specific degree (título propio) Professional experience: More than 3 years IT skills: Python. Experience with building energy simulation software (TRNSYS, EnergyPlus will be an asset). Machine learning or deep learning. Familiarity with LLMs. Languages: Catalan – Basic, English – Advanced, Spanish – Advanced
