GENERAL INFORMATION FOCUS This role focuses on enterprise customers in Europe with a focus on DACH Region (500+ employees) You will own the full sales cycle and work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders This is not a transactional sales role. It requires patience, structure and true ownership - Long sales cycles (6–24 months) GENERAL INFORMATION Employment Type: Permanent Previous working experience: Minimum of 3+ years of AE in SaaS → Enterprise Sales Working hours: Full-time Working Location: Germany + Travel Reports to: Head of Sales, Frederik Olivanti YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Europe, with a primary focus (around two-thirds) on the DACH region Drive new business in complex organizations (IT, Security, Procurement, Business stakeholders) Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound and strategic account development Navigate long and structured buying processes (6–24 months) Develop clear account strategies and land-and-expand approaches Lead deal execution end-to-end and close high-value contracts Work closely with PreSales, Marketing and Customer Success Take ownership for your target (~800k–1M € ARR in year 1) WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT Long and complex sales cycles (up to 24 months) High ownership in building your own pipeline Structured buying processes and procurement involvement Multiple stakeholders with different priorities A product that requires explanation and trust-building WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You build a solid pipeline within your first months You create traction in target accounts You progress complex deals with clear structure and ownership You close your first deals and build a strong foundation for your territory YOUR PROFILE Must-have 3–5+ years experience as an Account Executive in B2B/G / SaaS / Enterprise Sales Proven track record of closing complex deals Experience with multi-stakeholder environments Experience managing longer sales cycles (6+ months) Strong ownership of pipeline generation (not relying on inbound) Fluent in German and English Strong plus Experience in the Public Sector or regulated industries Experience with security, compliance or on-premise solutions Experience selling into organizations with 500+ employees WHY WIRE?
