What you'll do
- Cultivate a portfolio of key accounts, orchestrating their journey to ensure they achieve exceptional, measurable outcomes with our intelligent platform.
- Command the commercial relationship from end to end, proactively driving renewals, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer partnership.
- Build deep advisory relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their trusted partner and a powerful internal advocate for their business.
- Leverage data and platform insights to guide strategic conversations, demonstrate tangible value, and deliver compelling quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with technical experts and cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience, from accelerating product adoption to ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
- Develop and execute dynamic account plans that provide clear strategic direction and ensure every customer is set up for success.
- Act as a vital feedback loop, channelling customer insights to help shape the future of our AI product and service offerings.
