This role will be critical to helping us assess, measure and shape the way we go-to-market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Health Systems, you will own the design and delivery of scalable reporting solutions while leading cross-functional efforts to standardize how health system based operational metrics are defined, generated, and used.

About the Role:

Natera is seeking a highly impactful Associate Director, Health Systems Analytics & Process Enablement to drive analytics and operational scaling.

This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and execution. You will own the design and delivery of scalable reporting solutions while leading cross-functional efforts to standardize how operational metrics are defined, generated, and used.

A key focus will be transforming manually generated executive reporting into automated, reliable, and intuitive tools, while aligning stakeholders across Lab Ops, Clinical Ops, Medical, and supporting teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is both:

  • A builder, able to design clean, scalable reporting systems

  • An operator, able to drive alignment, run forums, and make processes stick

What You’ll Do:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build end-to-end reporting solutions in data management and visualization tools, specific to the health system business

  • Translate health system related business questions into clear metrics and executive-ready visualizations

  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development, automate workflows, and improve documentation

  • Improve scalability through reusable logic, standardized models, and quality checks and validation processes

Process Design & Scaling

  • Redesign operational workflows, especially around reporting and performance tracking

  • Replace manual, duplicative, or error-prone processes

  • Standardize how data is consumed across teams

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work across the organization to align on metric definitions and reporting requirements

  • Act as a central coordinator across teams to drive progress and accountability

  • Clarify initiative decisions, track dependencies, and ensure follow-through

Data & Systems Partnership

  • Partner with IT and Engineering to ensure clean data pipelines

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements

  • Identify system gaps and drive practical solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • 8–10+ years in business operations, analytics, or similar roles

  • Understanding of the health system market, hierarchies for health systems and tools needed for reporting on this customer segment

  • Advanced expertise in BI tools

  • Comfort working with large, messy, healthcare-specific datasets

  • Ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Ability to run effective meetings, drive decisions, and maintain momentum

  • Passion for data, with strong intuition for data structure, consistency, and usability

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, LIMS, and Snowflake

  • Ability to use SQL or Python to automate reporting workflows

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve analytics and automate workflows

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or lab operations

  • Background in highly cross-functional environments

Why This Role:

  • Direct impact on corporate decision-making and building out the operations space for the health systems Business Unit

  • Opportunity to modernize how business operations run and are measured

  • High ownership across data, process, and execution

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
