What you’ll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end brand strategy and performance across DACH and Central Europe, delivering on sales, market share, and brand equity targets
  • Build and execute 1–3 year growth plans, partnering closely with global innovation and portfolio teams
  • Develop digital-first, multi-channel marketing strategies, including always-on and campaign activations across key touchpoints
  • Create compelling brand positioning, messaging, and hero content that wins across the consumer and HCP journey
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, category, innovation, and external agencies to deliver best-in-class execution
  • Drive data-led decision making by analyzing performance, identifying growth drivers, and implementing corrective actions
  • Unlock innovation and expansion opportunities (new products, line extensions, pricing and channel strategies)
  • Scale successful initiatives across markets while ensuring local relevance and commercial impact
  • Explore and accelerate D2C and e-commerce opportunities across the portfolio
