As a Seasonal Custom Boot Fitter at Backcountry Outlet, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier, personalized ski and snowboard boot fitting services. You’ll work hands-on with customers to assess fit issues, perform custom modifications, and ensure every skier or rider leaves with boots that enhance comfort, control, and performance. This role requires both technical skill and a passion for helping people get the most out of their time on snow.
