THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to join us initially as an independent contractor with a view to full-time permanent employment. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads, with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on your experience and client needs. 

You’ll typically work across 15–20 smaller client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. Our core focus is on Google Ads, though we also manage campaigns on Meta. You’ll receive comprehensive training on our proven campaign strategies, with account assignments tailored to your experience and client requirements.  

Reporting to the Head of Performance Accelerate on each account, you'll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis. As you grow in the role, you’ll gain opportunities to support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads, and other paid media platforms  
    • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency  
    • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights  
    • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results  
    • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies  
    • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy  
    • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients  
    • Share proactive insights and best practices suggestions to the wider team  
    • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion  
    • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
