About Recare
As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management – technology-driven, patient-centered, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 100 employees, we continue to grow – and we are looking for people with character who want to help us improve the healthcare system.

What to expect as our GTM Engineer (AI-first) (m/w/d):

  • Purposeful work – your role will have a positive impact on patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Company culture – we believe in flat hierarchies that promote high performance and strong team dynamics. We foster an environment characterized by mutual respect, loyalty, and recognition. Together, we strive for our goals – and expect the same from you.

  • Flexibility – want to pick up your child from daycare? Like to exercise during lunch? We’ll support you. We are a remote-friendly company offering flexible working hours. Workations are also possible by arrangement.

  • Edenred card – which you can use according to your needs.

  • Extra vacation day – so you can celebrate your birthday with your loved ones, you’ll have the day off.

In this role, you can make an impact and grow with us as GTM Engineer (AI-first) (m/w/d):

As a GTM Engineer (AI-first) (m/w/d), you drive the transformation of our go-to-market organization towards an AI-powered, highly automated operating model. Your mission is to identify high-impact opportunities, turn them into scalable solutions, and enable our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to work smarter, faster, and more data-driven through the effective use of AI and automation.

  • Audit & prioritise: You map GTM workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to identify high-impact automation opportunities (lead routing, enrichment, renewals, handoffs).

  • Build agentic workflows: You design and ship AI-powered automations using Clay, Claude, n8n, Notion AI, and our stack (Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, Planhat).

  • Own the AI context layer: You build and maintain prompts, knowledge graphs, CRM-connected AI skills, and enrichment pipelines that continuously improve system intelligence.

  • Prototype relentlessly: You stay on top of new AI tools and models, test fast, kill what doesn’t work, scale what does — within days, not quarters.

  • Connect systems end-to-end: You ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Looker, Planhat, Snowflake, and the wider data stack with RevOps, BI, and Engineering.

  • Lead enablement: You train Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing on AI-driven workflows and drive long-term adoption across teams.

  • Support the AI-first roadmap: You contribute to Recare's three-phase RevOps transition - from manual with structure to augmented operations to intelligent automation - delivering measurable productivity gains in each phase.

Here’s how we picture you as our GTM Engineer (AI-first) (m/w/d):

  • You’ve worked in RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Engineering, or similar and understand how go-to-market teams operate day-to-day.

  • You’ve experience with Claude, GPT, or other LLMs - including prompts, custom workflows, and agent-based automation.

  • You’ve already built with Clay, Claude, or similar no-code automation tools - because you saw the opportunity, not because you were asked.

  • You’ve experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Hightouch for automation and data workflows.

  • You’re a learner first - you follow AI releases closely, experiment constantly, and quickly translate new models into GTM impact.

  • You’re a natural teacher - you can make complex workflows simple and actionable for Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams.

  • You’re comfortable with APIs, prompts, webhooks, and connecting systems like CRM, BI, enrichment, and automation tools.

  • You thrive in ambiguity - no playbook, no fixed structure, just building from scratch.

  • You’re fluent in German and English (spoken and written) - essential for working with our German hospital customers and international internal teams.

Nice to haves:

  • You’ve hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (Flows, Reports, Custom Objects) or Looker / SQL / Snowflake.

  • You’ve background in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or regulated industries with an understanding of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.

  • You've run internal enablement or training programms before - and people actually showed up to the second session.
