Information & Document Management Coordinator

We currently have a vacancy for an Information & Document Management Coordinator fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Coordinate, with the team assigned to the task, under the responsibility of a senior Project manager the monitoring of the project including the provision of input to the contractor(s) from an end-to-end point of view of the development cycle; 
• Work within the agile process and take decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
• Follow several activities across different projects, in particular Simpl-live, coordinating among different contractors and team members requiring technical and project management skills;
• Following the onboarding process, this will require to understand and comply to a review process, monitor status of certain tasks, coordinate internally and gather input from within the unit, other units, or within the programme; 
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project;
• Review progress of activities and deliverables of different contractors on the programme;
• Evaluate and contribute to progress reporting;
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information, supporting the relevant tasks.
