We are looking for a Social & Digital Junior Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, to support a busy and growing account. As Junior Account Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activity for our global agricultural client across the UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets delivering our digital campaigns, reviewing performance and pro-actively providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t.  In addition, you will be supporting with our CRM work flows and managing data processes.

Your tasks will be to execute the digital activity for each market and focus on verification, accuracy and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards.  As part of the role you will work with the Senior Account Manager to support in the CRM work flow process and work with internal teams for each BAU campaign.   This role is task heavy and requires commitment, resilience and a keen focus on project management as well as the responsibility of customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that digital briefs across all markets are scheduled in accordance to the client campaign deployment dates across paid social media and Whats App advertising.
  • Work with internal stake holders to ensure all digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during campaign periods.
  • Working closely and maintain great relationships with our internal marketing performance team as well as the Field Marketing Consultants in each market to keep the team informed of progress, deal with any issues and maintain strong communication with all internal stake holders.
  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager in the CRM set up of campaign deployment, this will include data work, checking assets, updating work flow tickets and liaison with different internal teamITG departments. Other responsibilities include overseeing updates to our marketing portal, updating campaign calendars, attending monthly client meetings and to assist with our BAU workflow as well as supporting the Account Directors.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management. and delivery of our digital campaigns
  • Identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. 
  • Ability to drive through multiple projects.
  • Act as key client advocate.
  • Key KPIs to be delivered on a weekly basis.
  • Research and provide insights to client reporting.
