Reporting directly to the People Experience Manager, you will lead our L&D operations from start to finish; from managing our LMS to integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our curriculum.
Your mission is to design and support learning and professional development initiatives that improve both individual and organizational performance. You will implement core policies and training offerings while ensuring every employee enjoys a smooth, data-backed learning experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding, launch, and primary administration of our new LMS, Docebo, while maintaining and optimizing the system and training assets post-launch.
Use Articulate to build high-quality e-learning resources and develop personalized learning paths ; experiment with and integrate AI tools to accelerate skill development and behavioral change across our curriculum.
Deliver L&D data analyses to identify trends and track learning outcomes for continuous improvement.
Maintain and update Skill Matrices (Technical, Safety, Professional) and link skill development to clear career progression and internal growth opportunities.
Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding training journey.
Partner with department managers to identify competency gaps, clarify training priorities, and support cross-department upskilling initiatives aligned with business needs; find and manage the best external experts to fill the current skill gaps
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all L&D workflows
Manage the L&D budget, vendor contracts, and external partnerships with providers such as Lepaya & Docebo;
Requirements
You hold a BA degree in Educational Science (Opleidingskunde), HRM, or Psychology. You have 2–4 years of proven experience in L&D, training, consulting or talent development ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
You must have demonstrated experience managing an LMS; having launched one from scratch is a significant plus.
You have an expert-level command of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate) and are a champion for new digital tools and AI.
You have a strong attention to detail and use data to track trends and outcomes.
Experience working with external partners and training providers.
Good at spotting what skills are missing and building personalized learning paths to fill those gaps
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and can easily resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
