Machine Operator
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift: Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime as needed)
At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands-on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines
- Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing
- Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Complete required quality assurance documentation
- Perform minor machine maintenance as needed
- Communicate any scrap, defects, or concerns to leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working with hands in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to pass a 50 state background check and drug screen
