We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Pre-sales team lead at JoomPro, who’s going to lead a dual-stream team of approximately 6 professionals, overseeing the existing Inbound operations while simultaneously establishing an Outbound pre-sales team from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of 6 people, overseeing inbound pre-sales for all segments and outbound operations for large and enterprise clients
  • Build and scale the outbound pre-sales function from scratch, including hiring and team development
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound teams to ensure an effective standardized approach
  • Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality, qualified leads by monitoring daily SDR/BDR performance and pipeline health
