Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.
Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we’re driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. You’ll be joining the engine room of Bloom & Wild’s fastest-growing categories. While we are known for our flowers, our Procurement team provides the operational and supply chain foundation for our non-horticultural range. From fresh-baked treats and luxury hamper components to home, lifestyle, and the essential packaging that delivers the "wow" moment.
Our team is divided into two clear pillars: Strategic Procurement and Stock Planning. As a Procurement Manager, you will provide the critical firepower needed to grow and optimise our range quickly. You will proactively own the execution of sourcing new SKUs, supplier benchmarking, and contract negotiations. Setting up the products you own for commercial and operational success.
