We are looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide our development teams in adopting and effectively applying Agile principles and Scrum practices.

What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring proper understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s progress;
- Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and performance;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration;
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities;
- Support and coordinate the work of 2–3 development teams.
