Senior Clinical Research Nurse

The Senior Clinical Research Nurse will play a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical trials across the EMS Healthcare study portfolio. Working under the direction of the Clinical Research & Delivery Manager, you will support the operational delivery of studies across mobile research units, community settings, and fixed clinical sites. 

This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational oversight and team leadership. You will support the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of multiple studies across therapeutic areas, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, study protocols, EMS SOPs, and regulatory standards. 

The Senior Research Nurse will act as a senior clinical resource within the study team, providing mentorship and guidance to research nurses and site staff, while maintaining a strong focus on participant safety, experience, and data integrity. 

The successful candidate will be confident, adaptable, and experienced in research delivery, with the ability to lead teams across varied clinical environments.
